Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
Your BAH will be used in one of two ways. You can either rent on base or you can live off base. If you live off base, you can either rent or buy. Click Here for current BAH rates.
On Base Housing ( Rent On-Base )
You can contact the housing office at 910-450-1627 / 1628. Please keep in mind that there is a process involved in renting on Base housing to include wait times.

Marine Corps Camp LeJeune is home to the II Marine Expeditionary Force, 2d Marine Division, 2d Force Service Support Group as well as other combat commands. Camp LeJeune is the largest Marine Corps base on the East Coast and serves as a training school for over 45,000 Marines and Sailors. Training schools that are housed at Camp LeJeune include Camp Geiger, the Marine Corps School of Infantry, East; and Camp Johnson, the Marine Corps Combat Service Support School. Marine Corps Camp LeJeune is located in North Carolina and has many satellite camps where it provides housing and training areas. Five satellite facilities include Marine Corps Air Station New River, Camp Geiger, Stone Bay, Courthouse Bay, Camp Johnson, and the Greater Sandy Run Training Area. Housing at Camp LeJeune offers over 4,400 housing units on base, and housing is assigned on a voluntary basis. Military personnel are asked to check in at the family housing office to fill out a housing application. If applicants have not checked in at the time of application, they will be placed on an inactive waiting list until such time as they are officially checked in. Bachelor Enlisted Quarters are available for all members with a rank of E-4 and up. Most waiting lists for quarters are up to 8 months. Off-post housing is available in the surrounding communities, and military personnel can check in with the family housing office for applicable BAH rates to cover rent and/or utilities.
Temporary housing is available at the Base LeJeune Inn for short-term accommodations up to 30 days. Officers Quarters also provide temporary housing and includes kitchenettes and access to an exercise room and sauna. For reservations at the Officers Quarters, call 910-451-1385. All military personnel with a ranking of E-5 or below are required to live in Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and can check in with the Joint Reception Center in Building 59. No pets are allowed in temporary housing. Retired military personnel may occupy the LeJeune Inn on a space available basis.
