    Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH)
     gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

    • Once you have orders to move, contact the Family Housing Division (FHD). Your rank may determine which contact number you need to call; click on the FHD link for the full list. Otherwise, for General Inquiries dial (910) 450-1628, #205 or #206. For off-base Housing Referral assistance, dial (910) 450-1628, #219, #220. The FHD can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    • Bonafide bachelors are required to live on-base. Geo-bachelors may qualify for accomodations only if space is available. For Bachelor Enlisted Quarters call (910) 451-1385 and for Bachelor Officer Quarters call (910) 451-1385.

    • Camp Lejeune on-base housing is privatized and operated by both Winn Companies - Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (888) 690-4304 and Lincoln Military Housing (910) 355-0112. Both communities offer a large variety of housing sizes and styles based on your rank and family size.     Camp Lejeune is in the Jacksonville, North Carolina, area which has a population of about 70,000 people. Jacksonville is on the coast, and tends to have a wet, warm climate, with hot, humid summers and moderate winters. Other nearby cities include Richlands, Hubert, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Maysville, Pumpkin Center and Half Moon.  

    About the Installation
    Marine Corps Camp Lejeune is home to the II Marine Expeditionary Force, 2nd Marine Division, 2nd Force Service Support Group as well as other combat commands. Camp Lejeune is the largest Marine Corps base on the East Coast and serves as a training school for over 45,000 Marines and Sailors. Training schools housed here include Camp Geiger, the Marine Corps School of Infantry, East; and Camp Johnson, the Marine Corps Combat Service Support School. Camp Lejeune is located in North Carolina and has many satellite camps where it provides housing and training areas. Satellite facilities include Marine Corps Air Station New River, Camp Geiger, Stone Bay, Courthouse Bay, Camp Johnson, and the Greater Sandy Run Training Area. For more information click here
