Given Camp Lejeune's location to the water, rental rates and home prices in the area are higher than average. Moving away from the water to areas such as Jacksonville one can find reasonable rents and home prices. Many of these 2 and 3 bedroom homes are on moderately sized lots and located in neighborhoods.
